‘Stay Connected’ is the official tagline of the OHA and it has been tremendous to bring so many joyous events to fruition this year.

OHA Berwick and Brighton Generations Breakfasts: bridging the past and the present

We were delighted to celebrate the OHA Generations Breakfast at the Berwick and Brighton campuses. We even had one family of three generations of Haileyburians attend.

Alumni came together to fast-track their careers, expand their networks and gain invaluable insights.

Property Luncheon: sold out in record time

This insightful Property Lunch explored trends, opportunities and challenges in the residential construction and development sectors.

A legacy of leadership: Past Captains’ Reunion

Former Haileybury School Captains from the 1960s through to 2024 joined current student leaders and members of Haileybury’s senior executive team to celebrate the legacy of leadership at Haileybury. It was a fabulous evening set at Haileybury City.

The Haileybury Foundation also proudly unveiled a new scholarship, The Past School Captains Scholarship, empowering future leaders. To learn more please email foundation@haileybury.com.au.

Cricket, camaraderie and memories: a celebration of Haileybury’s past players

The annual Former Haileybury Cricketers afternoon was again a massive hit as our former cricket players immersed themselves in an afternoon of cricket, watching the Haileybury first XI take on Melbourne Grammar on the Rendall Oval.

Cheers to the years: celebrating the Classes of 1980 and 1985

The Classes of 1980 and 1985 recently celebrated their 45-year and 40-year reunions. Both evenings were filled with laughter, nostalgia and heartfelt connections as classmates reminisced about their school days and caught up on life’s latest adventures.

The past meets present: Sincock Cup showdown

Congratulations to the Old Haileybury Cricket Club on winning the annual Sincock Cup trophy against a gallant Haileybury XI on the Rendall Oval. The official Sincock tally now sits at 17 wins for Old Haileybury and ten wins for Haileybury.

This is a fitting tribute to the former School Captain, Russell Sincock (OH 1966) and his brother, the late Geoff Sincock (OH 1975), who valued sport, friendships and our wonderful network.

The OHA hits the road: kicking off in the City of Churches

Our Adelaide Chapter lunch at Bespoke Wine Bar and Kitchen was a fantastic gathering. Members enjoyed lunch overlooking the beautiful Adelaide Oval while reconnecting with fellow Haileyburians.

Ken Phillips Day: The School side claims victory in dominant fashion

The annual Ken Phillips Day was recently played on the Fisher Oval, and it was the perfect opportunity to showcase the growth and strength of the First XVIII and the Old Haileybury Football Club. The First XVIII clinched the cup and the win over the Under 19’s team in decisive fashion. With this win, they now lead the head-to-head with 15 wins to 13.

Jill Phillips proudly presented the winning trophy to her grandson Joel, who was Captain of the School team for the game.

Kicking back: former Haileybury stars return to watch today’s game

Head First XIII Boys Football Coach and former Essendon champion, Matthew Lloyd, provided an update on the Haileybury Football program before the First XIII Boys match. The former players thoroughly enjoyed the lunch, reliving their glory days on the Rendall and Fisher Ovals while watching the 2024 Premiership decider against arch-rivals Brighton Grammar.

From Tianjin to Melbourne: OHA Tianjin alumni gather for a special reunion

It was a heartfelt evening of connection, culture and community at the OHA Tianjin Alumni Reunion in Melbourne. From shared stories to new friendships, the event brought together alumni and staff, past and present.

Celebrating our shared history: a memorable morning at Haileybury

We were thrilled to welcome back over 50 Haileyburians to the third OHA, Haileybury Foundation and Archives Morning Tea in the Jim Brown Centre at Keysborough. The event celebrated connection, history and community spirit. Guests were taken on a journey through Haileybury’s past with displays from the School’s extensive archives collection. To round out the morning, students led guests on a guided tour of the School, offering a glimpse into the life of Haileybury today. Their energy and pride in their school left a lasting impression.

Hearts of fire: igniting success in Year 12

Our incredible young Old Haileyburians shared their valuable tips and tricks for thriving in Year 12, offering support and guidance to our Years 11 and 12 Girls. Thank you to Sanvi Arora (OH 2024), Ruby Lester (OH 2023), Charlotte Macaulay (OH 2024), Isabelle Nazaretian (OH 2024), Tilly Thomas (OH 2024) and OHA Councillors, Simge Ozkul (OH 2015) and Zara Scammell (OH 2022) for their generous contributions.

Celebrating a decade of memories

Nearly 100 members of the Class of 2015 enjoyed a fabulous night celebrating their ten-year reunion at Valhalla.

Celebrating community: Haileybury Rendall School Melbourne alumni and staff reconnect

The Haileybury Rendall School Melbourne dinner, held at The Bank on Collins, was a memorable evening filled with warmth and connection. Hailey bury Rendall School alumni and staff, including Craig and Kerry Glass and Janeanne Lee came together to share stories, celebrate friendship and rekindle bonds.
